Measure Section by Section, Reconstruct the Whole Profile逐节测量,重构整条变形剖面

The array combines sensing sections with flexible connections. Each section records its local spatial attitude; the software joins the section vectors in sequence to recover the 3D shape of the borehole or structure. The guided wheels engage the casing grooves, keeping the defined measuring axis consistent as the array follows deformation.阵列由测量节段与柔性连接段组成。每个测量节段记录自身空间姿态,软件按安装顺序连接各节段向量,还原钻孔或结构的三维形态。导轮与测斜管导槽配合,使阵列在跟随变形的同时保持约定测轴。

The flexible array can follow straight or curved monitoring routes. On this version, the guide-wheel assemblies must run inside compatible continuous grooves; casing geometry, clearances and bend transitions are checked before the final configuration is confirmed.柔性阵列可沿直线或曲线路径布设。导轮版需要导轮组件在兼容且连续的导槽中运行,正式选型前应核对管体结构、配合间隙和弯曲过渡。

Both are intended to provide a continuous deformation profile. The guided-wheel version adds mechanical orientation against compatible casing grooves, making it suitable when the project requires a defined principal measuring axis.两者都用于形成连续变形剖面。导轮版增加了与兼容导槽配合的机械定向,更适合项目要求明确主测轴的场景。
Can an existing inclinometer casing be reused?可以直接使用已有测斜管吗?
